Biography
 

Born and raised in Mexico, Sakro has been delivering big hits since 2012 on the house music arena, he sets his unique style in each of his productions and performances, swinging from garage house to minimal. His productions have been released in some of the best labels in vinyl and digital. Labels likes Raum…Musik, Half Baked, Rawax, Visionquest, Fathers and Sons Productions, Karlovak, Housewax, Houseworx and Bon Vivant, his own imprint alongside the talented parisian Andrade. His compositions are constantly played by the biggest names in the scene like Ricardo Villalobos, Raresh, Sonja Moonear, Francesco del Garda, Dorian Paic, Richie Hawtin, Dyed Soundorom to ZIP – co-founder of Perlon Recordings label – who included his production ‘Jazz in the Forest’ in his FABRIC 67 compilation. Is not rare to seeing him playing during the summer in venues like Club der Visionäere or Tresor in Berlin, Fabric in London or festivals like Sunwaves in Romania. He has stood out for his productions since many years and as remixer he had the opportunity to remix artists like Chez Damier, Sascha Dive, Dj Wild,  Matt Tolfrey and more. In 2017 his No Time To Explain EP on Raum...musik was called one of the best releases of the year according to Resident Advisor and DJ Mag, also as one of the best in the decade. Every release will ensure to be in the top sales at the moment and to be played by the best.

2023 is the year that Sakro came into his own, releasing his first album called Psychophonies, 8 tracks in 2 records that feature dark textures and an aesthetic blend of house and techno.
